Hi! I’m Natalie Plate, founder and company owner of Let’s Lead HR Consulting, LLC. I have over 30 years of experience in human resources and management, with extensive experience in employee relations, leadership development, performance management , recruiting, training, coaching/counseling, organizational development and career path planning.

I started Let’s Lead HR Consulting as a dream to help companies maximize their greatest asset – their PEOPLE. By using a hands-on approach, I work together with your team to develop and implement customized plans for employee recruitment, performance management, leadership development and employee retention.

By empowering people, you set the foundation for business success into the future.

My industry background includes extensive experience in retail, manufacturing and skilled trades. Along with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management, I am certified in SHRM-CP, PHR, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Systems Green Belt, OSHA 30 and Safety Green Belt.
