Frequently Asked Questions

Working with Let’s Lead HR Consulting is very collaborative from the onset. It is the goal of Let’s Lead to develop a plan that works for your organization. When we partner together, you can expect the following or a similar process:

  • A Discovery Meeting will be held with you to collect additional information.
  • Let’s Lead will develop a customized plan and proposal for you based on your company’s needs, timelines and budget.
  • Once a proposal is agreed upon, a kick-off meeting will be scheduled with your HR and/or leadership team.
  • Implementation of training and plan(s) begins.

Small businesses often have unique HR challenges and may not have the in-house HR expertise to manage these needs. Let's Lead can build compliant, fair, and effective HR practices that support growth without overwhelming your resources.

Each company has unique needs that factor into the answer to this question.  A general guideline is:

  • 1–10 Employees: Minimal HR support is recommended.  This is usually for recruiting, retention, compliance and basic policies.
  • 10–50 Employees: Regular or Fractional HR support is necessary as the business grows. Use of Fractional HR or an HR consultant is typical.
  • 50+ Employees: Generally, dedicated HR support is needed at this stage. This support can be outsourced or in-house.

It's highly recommended to scale your HR function at the same pace as your company's growth.  Let's Lead is here to help you with that growth!

The success of these plans depends on a variety of factors, such as your team's buy-in, the willingness of your leaders to make a long-term commitment, etc. It is highly suggested we develop metrics/KPIs at the onset to measure success and ROI.
