Hi! I’m Natalie Plate, founder and company owner of Let’s Lead HR Consulting, LLC. With over three decades of expertise in HR and management, I’m passionate about helping companies unlock their full potential by focusing on what matters most – their people. My expertise includes extensive experience in employee relations, leadership development, performance management, recruiting, retention, training, compliance, coaching/counseling, and organizational development.

Let’s Lead HR Consulting was founded with a vision to provide a personal, hands-on approach to HR, partnering closely with your team to develop tailored solutions for recruitment, leadership development, performance management, retention, and more. We’re here to tackle your HR challenges, allowing you to focus on other important matters.

My background spans diverse industries, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management, along with certifications in SHRM-CP, PHR, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Systems Green Belt, OSHA 30, and Safety Green Belt.
